Based in central Iowa, Dead-Leaf’n Guide Service is operated by two friends, Rob Lee and Jim Bonwell ; both being life-long, die-hard (some would say fanatic) waterfowl hunters. Two friends who value not only the thrill of dropping ducks or geese from working flocks, but who also share the excitement leading up to a hunt; the satisfaction of setting a "perfect" spread; the calling to fool the birds; and the enjoyment of sharing whatever the day has to offer.

Dead Leaf’n Guide Service came about based on a shared commitment to provide clients a memorable waterfowl hunt and emphasis on client satisfaction. No matter how adverse the weather or how unpredictable the birds, the client would still be able to experience the opportunity for a waterfowl hunt which would provide nothing but good memories.

Assisting Jim and Rob during both fall and spring hunting seasons are Doug Edwards ( Jim’s oldest son ), Dusty Dykstra, Dennis Miller ( friends ), and Robbie Lee ( Rob‘s oldest son ).
